Orlando and other U.S. destinations
We also review requests for Orlando, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York and other U.S. destinations. Supplier and carrier eligibility may differ by model, seller and address. Alaska, Hawaii, remote destinations, PO boxes, oversized products and restricted items may have additional costs or limitations.
What happens after your request?
- Choose an exact model and submit quantity, name, contact email and full delivery address on its product page.
- Yen checks the actual supplier offer, availability, shipping, applicable taxes, estimated delivery and return terms.
- Review and accept the written quote on your private order page before its expiry time. Pay only the approved total through Zelle.
- After bank receipt is verified, the owner purchases the product and adds shipment tracking when available.
Before ordering a television
Check the exact screen size, operating system, stand width, wall-mount compatibility and delivery access. For a large screen, confirm who can receive it and inspect the package on arrival. Report damage or an incorrect model to Yen through your private order page promptly; retain packaging and photos for the claim.
